Fellow adventurers: It won’t be long now until “things” are pretty much “normal.”

Now is the time to let me know if you want to join the Mazatlán , Mexico sailing association.

​

Here (below) are a few boats that either are for sale or have sold as of March 15th 2021. In looking at the market, it is clear that we will find boats that meet our specifications and the budget we have established.

If you want to be on the list, as a serious-minded partner, send me a note, with your contact information, and I’ll send you updates as we get ready to move this voyage forward. All I need to know now is that you will have your share ready to go when we find the right boat – and you approve it. Obviously, we will need to move quickly when we are ready, and the appropriate boat is available. When we purchase a boat, we will fund the corporation with partner investments and form the corporation while we are in “escrow” getting ready to transfer title.

I have talked with the (US based – San Diego) insurance broker and they have advised me that a US corporation is the best ownership vehicle for this purpose so that will be the entity we will use for ownership. Each partner will have stock equal to their participation.
