I had been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 40 years, the past

fifteen, or so, of which I have been arranging private money real

estate loans. (I started when I was twenty-one.) 

 

After many years as an independent mortgage broker in California

(when I wasn't sidetracked by something like sailing off to Mexico,

or writing a book) I developed the ability to be highly effective

anywhere in California and most of the USA - and have now

partnered with private lenders to work exclusively with their

companies as a liaison with borrowers and brokers.

I have been a private pilot, and I am a blue water ocean sailor.

I have written two books. Mañana Doesn’t Mean Tomorrow, which

is a true-life adventure set in Mexico; and, Tales from Mañanaville ~ Anecdotes, Observations and True Stories from South of the Border.

transactions as the owner of a brokerage company with

fifty-five agents. I have participated, as a partner or principal,
