What to be thinking about -

                      for a funding request

The checklist below is what I (or anyone else) will need to move your request forward.

[* A one to four page highly informative summary. Think narrative supported by facts.

We need to understand the basics of the funding request quickly and easily. Volumes of supporting docs can and are encouraged to be included to support the initial inquiry.
Amount of the loan, request, reason for the loan, use of the funds, etc.
If an improvement project, specific use of the funds.
Plan for repayment of the principal and the monthly payments,
Short bio on the borrower, and a short story about the situation.]

The checklist below is what the lender may want for serious pricing and moving the request forward. They will ask for this once a referral is made and they think they can proceed.
* Completed application by the borrower.
* Completed application by a personal guarantor if the borrower is a business, corp, etc.
* Income and expenses and / or profit and loss statements for the property / project.
* A recent appraisal of the property.
If no recent appraisal, photos of the property.
* A recent title report. (This is very important to avoid surprises.)

If you don’t have a summary or other documentation you can go to this link http://www.box.net/shared/hk qlknmr0c and get a preliminary loan request worksheet which can be completed and sent to me. With that form completed I can then determine if your project is something with which I may be of assistance.
